Delivery information

The majority of our orders are shipped with various carriers. Sometimes we use other carriers to deliver specific orders or to ease the load on the main carriers to meet our delivery promises.

The expected delivery time is always shown on the product page. Most products that we have in stock are shipped the same day. The evening before delivery, you will receive tracking information with a time window for the delivery. Important to know: the drivers of our chosen carriers deliver the products to the front door on the ground floor.

Also, for larger products such as granite sinks, large fragile sinks, cabinets, etc., you will receive a tracking code in the evening. These products are not delivered to the neighbors and a signature is required, so someone must be home to receive the product. Note: these large products are not delivered on Saturdays!

If the delivery of a large product fails on the first attempt, the carrier will contact you via email or SMS to send you a schedule so you can choose a time when you will be home.

Delivery surcharges of €30 to €100 apply for shipments to islands, due to additional logistical costs such as water transport and limited accessibility, and there are surcharges for pallet shipments for transporting fragile and heavier products.

Quartz Sink Care & Maintenance

✅ Regular Cleaning: Clean after each use with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge. Rinse and dry completely.

✅ Prevent Staining: Remove pigmented liquids (tea, coffee, wine, food dyes) immediately. Quartz is stain-resistant but not stain-proof if left too long.

✅ Restore the Surface: Apply a thin layer of food-grade mineral oil or olive oil to the dry surface to restore luster and even out the colour. Wipe off excess.

✅ Limescale Removal: Use a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water. Let it soak for a few minutes, scrub gently with a soft sponge, rinse and dry thoroughly.

❗ Abrasive Materials: Don't use steel wool, metal scouring pads, or abrasive powders. Steel particles can embed in the surface and cause rust spots.

❗ Harsh Chemicals: Avoid concentrated bleach, ammonia, caustic soda, and drain cleaners. Never let any chemical sit on the surface.

❗ Hot Pans: Don't place hot pots directly on the surface. Let them cool first or run cold water to regulate temperature.

❗ Sharp Objects: Don't use the sink as a cutting board. While quartz is hard, sharp knives can cut into the surface.

Undermount Sink

If you are looking for a single undermount sink, then you have come to the right place. We supply all different sizes of undermount sinks for the kitchen. You can place an undermount sink under the worktop/counter top. You can place the undercounter sink under a worktop made of stone or a type of stone by means of a screw. use of acid-free silicone sealant. The most common material for an undermount sink in the kitchen is a stainless steel or stainless steel sink. We supply all A-brands including Franke, Blanco, Reginox undermount sinks. If you are going to process a ceramic sink under a countertop, you will need extra brackets for support.

Substructure

Undermount sinks are mounted below or half way up the level of the worktop. This increases the usable surface of the worktop. This installation method is mainly used for granite, wood and solid plastic worktops. Because the substructure sink unit is placed below the level of the worktop, the worktop is easy to clean.
